A special Thank You to the Northern Kentucky Regional SWAT Team for providing our SRO Darryl Jouett with Mr. Chris Carpenter (Retired Lieutenant Fort Thomas PD) of Livingstone Security Systems. Chris has twenty years experience in law enforcement with 18 of those years assigned to the SWAT team where he served as a team leader. He has trained school staff, police patrol officers, SWAT operators, narcotics agents, Ark Encounter & Creation Museum public safety, private businesses, as well as agents / officers in an array of foreign countries.
Today he spent several hours with the faculty and staff preparing them for what we hope and pray will never happen, an attack on the school. Having a readiness mindset and going through drills is paramount in protecting our children.
