TAX NOTICE AND HOLIDAY HOURS
December 31st, 2025 is the last day to pay your County property taxes at the face value. January 1st, 2026 begins the delinquent period of these taxes with a 5% penalty added. Beginning February 1st, 2026 there is a 21% penalty. On April 15th, 2026 at the close of business, all unpaid taxes are turned over to the County Clerk’s Office for legal collection service to begin.
HOLIDAY HOURS
Offices will be open December 24th (Christmas Eve) from 8AM to Noon. We will be closed December 25th and the 26th for the Christmas Holiday.
REMEMBER: You can pay your bill on-line anytime by going to our Tax Information Page on this web site or any Heritage Bank in the area as long as you take your bill with you. Heritage stops collecting for us in January.
