Sheriff Mike Jansen Named New Chief Executive Officer
Effective January 1, 2026, Campbell County Sheriff Mike Jansen will assume the position of Chief Executive Officer of Northern Kentucky SWAT. Following the retirement of long-time Kenton County Sheriff Chuck Korzenborn on December 31, 2025, Sheriff Jansen will succeed him in this role.
Sheriff Jansen has been a key contributor to the continued success and operational effectiveness of Northern Kentucky SWAT, a regional emergency tactical response team composed of sworn personnel from multiple law enforcement agencies throughout Campbell and Kenton counties.
